Delivered in 2-4 hour formats, Building a Tradition of Passion takes the fire service culture clash head on by using our best traditions to overcome our modern challenges.  Built around the core values of passion, dedication, and accountability, this class will bring everyone in the room together at a time when many believe we have drifted apart.  Whether struggling with generational differences or polarized viewpoints, students will leave energized to help make passion their departments best tradition!

 

This class is for anyone looking for ways to make their department better!  It focuses on identifying and addressing actions that impact our cultures rather than the associating responsibilities with a specific position, title, or rank.  By breaking down the impact of enthusiasm and motivation on every position, this class helps guide each member in the firehouse to exercise and share their passion while still maintaining the traditional chain of command.  If we can make it "cool" to love the job again, then greatness will surely follow.  It is time that the voice of the majority is louder than the minority!
